At EASE, we value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality clothing with care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within clear and fair terms.

All refunds and exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • The item received has a fabric fault or manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong size or incorrect item compared to your order.

In these cases, EASE will cover the return shipping fees and issue a full refund after inspection and approval.

For all other refund requests — such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with fit, or color variation — customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or item if:

  • The product was delivered correctly as described. 
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

In such cases, customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.

If the exchange is due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or size sent), we will cover all related shipping fees.
